I'm not one to leave reviews - this is my first. However, after a long list of bad apartment experiences, I felt compelled to share my experience. The initial interactions I had with the property manager, Josephine, left me feeling confident with my decision to apply to live here. She is incredibly kind and responsive - a very refreshing change from poor interactions I've had elsewhere. For me, the pricing is competitive and I appreciate not being bamboozled by a bunch of extra fees that skyrocket my rent. As someone who enjoys gardening and greenery, I was very attracted to how well Hidden Park maintains their property. The care invested into this appearance is consistent with the care invested into the whole property. Maintenance requests were always promptly addressed, the area is quiet, every resident I interacted with was friendly, and I have nearly concluded a 12 month lease with no complaints. It's unfortunate that my partner's new job isn't closer to Hidden Park, otherwise I would gladly continue to live in this community. If you value a peaceful residence with a property manager that will treat you like a person rather than a unit number, this is a wonderful place to live - I can't recommend it enough.
