My wife's daughter lives here. She has had numerous electrical and plumbing issues that are hazardous and health issues. Several electrical outlets are inoperable (some she's afraid to use because they spark), a ceiling fan that is tied in to a switch in another apartment so she has no control of the fan, a leak under the kitchen sink, and a water heater that only works part time. She has reported these issues and very little has been done to address these issues. I would not recommend renting an apartment from this property!
