My experience with Park View Apartments and the staff has been wonderful! The application process was very straightforward and easy. Reserving the freight elevator for my move-in day was simple too. It's been great living here and I've been enjoying every minute of it very much! The units are spacious and nice. The community deck and the views from that are really cool when the weather is nice outside! Howard and Ryan have been terrific answering all my questions and the maintenance staff is really nice too. I've lived in a few places in the city, but this is by far my favorite one!!

My experience at Park View Apartments has been amazing! This building is so charming and the staff has been super helpful and kind. The small grocery store attached is very convenient as well.. I love grabbing a quick snack/drink and sitting on the rooftop to enjoy the view of Lake Michigan. Seriously has been one of the coolest locations to live and would definitely recommend!
