Location, location, location. This complex isn't the fanciest and the units are practically shoe boxes, but if your goal is to live alone and go to UT, this is the place. With the bus route right across the street, I can make it from my door to the classroom in roughly 20 minutes (got the routine down). I wasn't a fan under the previous management, but when miller properties purchased the complex, they immediately went to work on repairing the pool area and the individual units. Overall, this place may have some little issues, but with the proximity to I-35, HEB, and campus, it's easy to look past those faults.
