The full bath is ‘jack and jill’ style, connecting to both the kitchen and the bedroom. The bedroom has great natural light and its own double-door closet. Additional amenities include in-unit laundry (to be installed before move-in), mini-split heating and cooling, and wood flooring throughout. About Point Breeze - Conveniently located just south of Graduate Hospital, Point Breeze is easily accessible to Rittenhouse Square, the Schuylkill River Park, the Italian Market, and more by foot, bus, or the Broad Street line. Additional neighborhood amenities include ample non-permitted street parking, corner grocers, and local watering holes and eateries including the American Sardine Bar, the OCF Coffee House, On Point Bistro, and Burg’s Hideaway Lounge. Lease Terms: Generally, 1st month, and 1 month security deposit due at, or prior to, lease signing. Other terms may be required by Landlord such as last month’s rent upfront. $50 application fee per applicant. electricity, gas (if applicable), cable/internet and $10/mo technology fee. Water is a flat monthly fee of $60. $25 service fee plus cost of the air filter will be charged quarterly for routine air filter replacement.
