The staff at the leasing office is always so helpful. They are always willing to offer solutions and do a great job of addressing concerns. The maintenance crew is also very efficient. David did excellent work in our unit yesterday. He worked very hard and took care of absolutely everything that was on our maintenance request. We were very impressed and pleased with his service. Thank you Lakewood Villas.

I lived here for 2 years, and would've stayed longer if I didn't have to move for work. Apartments are spacious, quiet, and updated. Very homey! The grounds are woodsy and beautiful too. Super dog and pet friendly, which is great! I have a rottweiler/pit bull mix and they were a-okay with her, so don't worry about breed restrictions. The staff and maintenance were always friendly and respond in a timely manner to requests. Overall I loved it here!
