First of all let me just say , I have lived here for 9 years and I would highly recommend these Apts to anyone , and if your looking for a apt I would take my advice with all giving I am a very blunt person,
When I moved here , the Apts were going up for foreclosure, but soon someone bought the complex and they went under new management and staff , they re painted the whole apt complex , and did a lot of upgrading inside , they went from all carpet to tile and carpet , just more cleaner, the apt complex has always been clean, there's never trash all over the streets , the lawn people come very often and they always have the grass cut and nice and green, the carport is always good, has they have lights in the carport and the carport is steady and very strong, the Apts are gated , anytime something doesn't work the apt complex is very fast with In fixing everything, weather its in your Apt or like the gate broke or something , the maintenance is beyond good and fast, they know what they are doing , they have a good amount of maintenance men here, you see them all over the apt complex , starting from morning to evening , even if there is no work, they find work, they help and clean up outside , there always walking around the apt complex mainly working and if you see them and tell them hey something something in my apt is broken, if they are not in the middle of fixing something they will follow you to your apt and fix it right there and then, if not they will tell you " let me finish this and then I'll go to your apt next " and they always do , within about 20 mins . They never " forget " I've never had a maintenance problem here, also they come like once a month to spray for any bugs/ roaches , and they do come, and the stuff they spray does work, the only time we ever have roaches is when we have new neighbors, but all we do is tell the office and they send people with in the same week to go spray, but other then roaches we don't have any other bugs, the office staff knows what they are doing , and they are all respectful and professional, they look out for one another but they are also cool people, they keep everything on file and organized, we have never had any problems with the office staff losing anything etc etc , the office staff is always up to date and they all know what is going on with the apt complex at all times , also we do have Security, and the security is great! He goes by the name of Kent, he's been here for a couple of years, and you can tell that he loves his job and does really care about keeping our apt complex safe! If you ever need anything the office has his number on the leasing building and he is very responsive, you always see him working, and he really does check out the apt complex, also he does this on foot, ! No matter it's raining, snowing , cold , hot, he's always doing his job ! And he does it right ! We have became friends of the security, so everytime we see him we always say hi and have a little conversation with him to see how he is doing. I've never had any problems with any crimes , the Apts are pretty quiet and chill, I've never any problems with neighbors, no loud music , no outside hanging , or drug activity, we are all Asigned our own parking spot number and there are good amount of visitors parkings. We do have 3 pools and a park and they are always all clean, spelling fresh and with clear blue water . The Apts are good in size , has I do have big furniture, and tons of clothes. I've never had to share a bathroom , we do now live in a 3 bedroom, but even before in our 2 bed room apt everything I just said still applied then as well. We do live sorda like in a little neighborhood by a elementary , and these Apts have always had good people renting here, there's never been scary / ghetto looking people , no scary cars with loud vibrations as they drive by , no weed smelling , no nothing , I would highly recommend these Apts if you are looking for a place to call home đź’–
