The flats is a great place to live. I’ve lived here about four months now & have had a good experience. I’ve never lived in an apartment but the neighbors are all super friendly & the management is always super nice & courteous when I do have go the office. They are very affordable. It’s also a quick drive to about anywhere. I’d recommend the flats to anyone. Also laundry on site & swimming pool is a plus. Maintence is quick to fix things as well. I like the flats. A great place & community to live. Also has different things seems like for the community randomly happening sometimes. I know for Halloween they did a trunk or treat at the complex. Which was nice. Definitely five stars in my book. Thank you
