I lived here for two years from 2021 through 2022 during my government work in Fresno. This was a great place for me to live. I have fond memories of living in San Tropez. Brent, the maintenance technician, was always friendly and helpful. God bless his soul as he passed away. Paula, who worked at the front desk, always had a friendly attitude and made you feel welcome. Management has changed from when I last lived there. The new manager has a more responsible attitude than previous management. Overall, living here had some ups and downs, but when I look back, I only remember the good times. I’ll always be grateful for the time I lived in San Tropez during my time in Fresno.

I've been here since 2014. i was blessed to be able to rent an apartment , my first ever apartment in my name thru cindy (r.i.p) Cindy took a gamble on me and i never let her down. And in her passing, IM STILL NOT GONNA LET HER DOWN!! Thank you so much for everything and may you and your son Brent rest in heaven together. After Cindy's departure we went thru a few managers. And after all of the smoke. we finally have two who has been hanging in....Elissa and Paula, y'all have really made some differences around here. kind of don't like that we cant have bbq pits anymore. but ill take the better parking over the bbq pits any day. Im giving a 5 star because from the time y'all became a duo in management here at san tropez, y'all have been hanging in and handling business and really ironing out a bunch of wrinkles.... y'all are greatly appreciated and keep up the great work!!!
