Each apartment has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and dining room, a fabulous walk-in closet and bathroom in the master bedroom, a full size kitchen pantry and TONS of cupboard space, a fenced in patio, and central heating and air. We are located less than half a block from Ericson Elementary school and 1 block from Norseman Elementary School. We are also less than 3 minutes walking distance from Fastrip, McDonald's, and Subway (as well as several other restaurants). We are only 2 blocks from Freeway 168 and about a mile from the 180! We offer a beautiful swimming pool and are the ONLY apartments nestled into this friendly residential neighborhood. We are pet friendly and also accept Section 8!
