We are located less than half a block from Ericson Elementary school and 1 block from Norseman Elementary School. We are also less than 3 minutes walking distance from Fastrip, McDonald's, Mariscos, and so much more. We are only 2 blocks from Freeway 168 and about a mile from the 180! We offer a beautiful 9 foot deep swimming pool with a built in bench and are the ONLY apartments nestled into this friendly residential neighborhood. We are accept Section 8 housing vouchers and are also pet friendly with an additional deposit. No pet rent.
