Sharron the property manager is completely unprofessional and rude. Firstly, she has cameras on the property without any signs saying such. She even went so far as to call me on my cell phone in the morning complaining about how she was watching him on the camera with our dogs. I'm not quite sure if it's even legal for her to have cameras without signs saying so and including it in the lease agreement. Speaking of which, we moved in with a roommate that was renewing her lease there, four months later our roommate gave Sharron her 30 days notice without letting us know. Sharron forced us to give her a 30 days notice as well even though it clearly stated in the lease agreement that roommates must both give a 30 Day notice at the same time with agreement from both parties and that she is not supposed to accept one from only one of the parties involved. In addition to this we asked if there were any other apartments she had available or if the competition around her had similar pricing; on this part she outright lied to us. She told my husband and I that there was no way for her to know other apartments pricings and that she had no available units for us. Turns out she gave our roommate the last available unit. When we went apartment hunting, not only were other property managers able to tell us the pricing and availability of their competition they even pulled out a whole LIST and spreadsheet to show us, and give us recommendations. The next completely unprofessional thing was when we finally applied to another apartment and were showing our rental history. Sharron attempted to claim at first that she didn't know us, we had never lived there. When we showed the copy I had had her make for me of the lease agreement Sharron finally forwarded the other apartments her copy and had written the words "Not an actual lease agreement" on it, even though at the top of the paperwork there were the big words... LEASE AGREEMENT... We also asked Sharron before leaving when we would receive the deposit we put down and she told us we wouldn't be receiving a single penny back because the original deposit was in our roommates name. Several months later after we find a new place our roommate contacts us because the check Sharron gave her had our names on it as well and she could not cash it without us signing. I would almost rather be homeless than ever have to live there or deal with that woman again.
