I have lived at the Penthouses for two months now and love it! You get to use all the amenities of the hotel and everything is walking distance. From multiple restaurants to Target and Safeway. Location is key!

We have lived in the Penthouses at Capital Park exclusive community for almost 7 years and recently left California to move to the East Coast. We only have excellent feedback and great things to say about the Residences and the entire staff (especially Heather Fairbarn who is a fantastic Property Manager). We enjoyed living there for several years because you benefit from all the amenities of a 5-Star Hotel. The Marriott Residence Inn owns the first 12 floors of the building and the top 3 floors (13-15) are reserved for exclusive Penthouse Residences with either city views or pool views. The Marriott Hotel downstairs has a lounge, breakfast, restaurant, bar, gym, pool, etc.. our photos will speak for themselves... we will really miss Sacramento and the Penthouses at Capitol Park team. Thank you for making this community one of the best place to live in Sacramento just right next to the State Capitol Park and top restaurants. Location, location, location...
