I definitely recommend living in this complex. They are super accommodating to your needs and understand the life of a college student. My move in was flexible and they matched me with a great roommate! Maintenance is also extremely responsive and the apartment is very clean and spacious. I wish I would have chosen the Millennium when I first moved to San Marcos. This will be my home until I graduate! I appreciate Zach and the staff for making sure everything went smoothly since I have moved in. Again, I highly recommend signing here!

I've had the pleasure of living here for 2 years, and I'm definitely renewing for a 3rd. Management has been nothing short of amazing to me & my roommates, any maintenance is taken care of whenever we ask, and the apartment itself is awesome. My favorite place I've ever lived in and I couldn't ask for better!
