It is barely 1 star ,it does not even deserve that 1 star . We have a current situation where they are leaving us the whole weekend starting from Friday without hot water and they are not answering any of their phone calls or emails (different numbers and emails, their voicemail box is full) and they do not give us any emergency phone number All the residents are calling and they are not answering anybody THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING
