I recently moved into "The Current" apartment building and have been thoroughly impressed with both the facilities and the service provided by the staff. From the moment I decided to move here, Raelle made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her kindness and helpfulness were exceptional, as she patiently answered all my questions and ensured that everything was in order for my move-in day.
The apartment itself is fantastic. It's modern, clean, and well-maintained, with amenities that exceed my expectations. The gym is well-equipped, and the common areas are beautifully designed and perfect for relaxing or socializing. The management team has clearly put a lot of effort into creating a comfortable and enjoyable living environment.
The location of "The Current" is also a huge plus. It's conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to get around and explore the area.

I’ve had an exceptional experience living at this apartment complex! The amenities are top-notch, and the sense of community here is fantastic, thanks to the friendly and helpful management team. They truly go out of their way to create a welcoming atmosphere. The building is always well-maintained, and safety is clearly a top priority. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, which is a huge plus. A special shoutout to Raelle in the leasing department – she’s always so warm, friendly, and has a smile on her face, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live!
I’ve been living here for about 4 months now and finally decorated my 2 bed 2 bath to my liking and it just feels like home. The hospitality of management, security workers, and even the service department here is amazing. The entrance to the beach is literally across the street and is a great place to start a run or even grab a drink at gaucho bar. It is the epitome of what living by the beach should be like.

Where should I start?
This building is by far one of the best residential buildings I’ve ever lived in my entire life!
For someone who lived in New York, Miami & now Los Angeles I’m able to say that I know how to recognize quality when I come across it!!!
This luxury 17 story skyscrapper is more than just a concrete structure, it is alive, filled with heart warming people who embrace & treat you like you’re part of their family!!!
Hard working staff is at the core of what makes living at The Current such a pleasure!!!
From the unquestionably friendly cleaning staff who start their work-day even before sunrise, to the 24/7 security team who ensures the safety of everyone, to the maintnance professinals, all the way to the leasing/management folks; this building has it all!!!
I for one am not an individual who would normally type/write reviews but after living at this incredible place for nearly 3 years now, I must admit this one has been overdue!!!
Obviously as part of living in any big city across the US, there will always be certain circumstances that are out of one’s control, such as street parking, homelessness among other harsh realities of living in highly populated urbar areas but as far as what can be controlled/managed in order to ensure the maximum satisfaction of residents/guests alike, The Current has by far surpassed those qualities & continues to do so each & every single day which needless to say it is truly appreciated by me, my loved ones and everyone who resides at 707 East Ocean Blvd!
Without any questions, undoubtedly I would highly recommended this beautiful buildingn to be that next place where you’ll feel truly & honestly happy to call it HOME!!!

These guys were amazing. Raelle helped me find a spot and called me when something that fit my needs opened up. Alicia is an amazing community manager. Denisse is a sweetheart and is on top of her game. The maintenance is lightning fast with response time. The walls are thick. Parking is great (no guest parking though). The elevator situation is awesome. Couldn’t recommend this place enough for LB.
I had to take the time to write this review for The Current. I am simply amazed at how well this property is managed. This building is very well maintained and secured. Alicia, Raelle and Denisse provide the highest level of customer service. Always willing to go beyond to assure that things are running smoothly. Their positive and happy energy is consistent and refreshing as I have had such awful experiences at other nearby residencies.
I highly recommend this location if you want a high level of customer service and a place to call home. We all know how important it is to have a staff that manages a property so well.
They consistently go out of their way to accommodate residents. A little thing that they do and I love is that they keep the delivery room clean and organized. They also help accommodate Uber Eats Deliveries etc... so that they can deliver directly to your door.
I love living here and highly recommend this building over any others in the area. Oh... and they have 2 parking spots when other buildings only provide 1 ( If you get a 2 bedroom).
We love living at The Current! The location is amazing, so close to the beach. You can easily remain active by crossing the street and going for a walk or bike ride by the beach. The Queenmary is visible right from the rooftop pool! The management and maintenance staff are amazingly friendly and so helpful. They’ve know our dog, Kai since he was a puppy and he adores them all! Highly recommend The Current as your home!
I've been living at this amazing apartment complex in downtown Long Beach for a year now, and it continues to exceed my expectations. From day one, the front office staff has been incredibly welcoming and friendly—they truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home and handle any concerns or requests quickly.
The views here are simply beautiful, offering a stunning look at the city and ocean. One of the best parts about living here is the sense of community. The complex regularly throws fantastic parties and events that bring the neighbors together, creating a fun and friendly atmosphere. If you're looking for a place where you feel connected and cared for, this is it. Five stars, without a doubt!
