I recently moved here and I should say it's one of the best move in experiences I've ever had. First of all big thank you to Manager Karie and her Husband Scott. These two are the most sweetest people you'll ever meet. They just took care of everything I needed, sometimes even without asking. They are one of the most considerate and loving people I've ever met. I just moved into a loft apartment and I did a visit a week before I moved in and things were still being worked on. I spoke to some of friends and they asked me to back out because they had their doubts if things would be fixed on a week. Enter Karie and Scott, they promised everything will be fixed and ready in a couple of days, I trusted them then and there. Came back in a couple of days everything was fixed, everything was sparkling clean, everything was great, as promised. Not just that, since my apartment lacks a bit of ventilation, they even ordered a AC unit for me and have left their high velocity fan in my apartment until the AC unit comes. If this is not hospitality I don't know what else is. God bless this lovely couple and their family. I'm so happy I made the decision to move in here. This apartment complex is so close to the beach and there is a nice pool and spa. People here are lovely. There are pets and so it's a bonus that you get to meet them every now and then. You can not go wrong with this place. It's a lively environment and feels great. Thank you Copa Pacific!!!

I lived here in 2015. While the building is a bit old, it is VERY well taken care of by management, including the apartments themselves, the pool and hot tub, grounds, etc. My 2 bedroom was quite roomy and had a balcony overlooking the pool area. There are restaurants on the same block and a liquor store. The beach is less than ten minutes away and pets are welcome. I miss living here!
