I’ve been living here at Palos Verdes Terrace Apartment for almost 5 years and recently moved to an another apartment in the complex. I just can’t live anywhere else because of the kind and caring manager, Sandra! Everything went well thanks, Sandra! If you are looking for a place where you can feel right at home! Palos Verdes Terrace is the perfect place!

We moved into this complex about a month ago and wanted to provide an updated review for future renters since most of the current reviews are from previous years. So far, our experience has been fantastic. The property management team has been very responsive to our concerns and helped make our move smooth. After we moved in, we noticed a few minor floor repairs were needed, and they quickly took care of it. The property itself is quiet, peaceful, and always well-maintained. I frequently see the cleaning staff around, which helps keep everything in great condition. The amenities include a pool and a parking garage. Each unit comes with one free parking space, and you can request a second space for an additional fee if available. Overall, we love living here!
