My family and I started looking for a new place to live based upon the disappointing level of service within our current building. The Sovereign was on the top of our list. Luckily, Jocelyn is the Leasing Specialist who called us back. She has been a breath of fresh air to work with. Jocelyn is very friendly, very prepared and makes a usually daunting process easy as can be. She immediately instilled our confidence based upon her expertise to perfectly determine our needs. She exceeded our expectations in every way - beyond 5 stars. When inquiring about The Sovereign be sure to ask for Jocelyn by name. You will be glad you did.

I have lived at the Sovereign for almost 2 years and have had such a great experience. The leasing and management team as well as the front desk crew is super nice, helpful and always responsive. The building is in a great location- right next to the 14th Street Ferry stop as well a quick bus/bike ride down to the path. I definitely recommend staying here, nothing but great things to say about the staff and amenities.
