We loved living in the Santa Rosa. It’s convenient to everything and, even more importantly, management is incredible. It next took more than a day to respond to requests, and these requests were always very small because the building is so amazing! Unique brick walls and wonderfully updated appliances, I would recommend the 2B2B for anyone searching.

I've been here for a little over two years. The location is ideal since you're within walking distance of Dupont, AdMo, and 14th Street as well as several different Metro lines. The units are great. By far my favorite thing about these apartments is the property management. On the rare occasions when I have a maintenance request, Keener responds promptly. Philip is a great resource and very responsive to any questions or issues I have had.
