I have lived here for over a year now this is my second lease . When I came here I was met with Gladys the manager and Branka who then was assistant manager currently the manager . This property has been a peaceful place to live until recently it has become a copy of hell . Everything in the apartment will be falling off starting from the bathroom ceiling to the backflow of all laundry water to the kitchen I have been calling and following up on the maintenance to fix my bathroom for weeks now and to add on now the backflow of laundry water There is no value of your money here except for the tenants who are peaceful with each other I came home today to both gates not opening for whatever reason and this is the second time this is happening the last time the gate would open and never close back for a whole week . Another tenant and myself were stuck outside for half an hour until someone came to open from inside On calling the so called emergency number the most unprofessional and out of order personnel picks the phone and has audacity to tell me to go to the office tomorrow for a change of battery . Maintenance people live on the property my fob has no issue it’s working fine or even if it has its courtesy for maintenance to answer the request and give an alternative for someone who goes to work 5am and returns almost midnight The so called maintenance who picked the call and doesn’t even live on the property was EXTREMELY RUDE and thinking I don’t know the maintenance live right here on the property refused to offer help I have been going back and forth on problems with my apartment for too long . And it’s all about stories and not reality they would want to run the heater in my bathroom for days and not tell me who will take responsibility of the electricity charges in the name of drying the ceiling form the leakage . I have made this known to the property manager who came back from leave and said all will be worked on and of cos nothing happens Am writing here to save someone from the same headache and stress am going through and despite paying 2k plus .be ware this place can suck the life out of you and no one will care . If you are a professional who works long hours and you need ample time don’t stay here .
