Although I don’t live here and have only toured, I can’t say enough great things about this place. Rene is absolutely incredible at his job. I just adore him. He is the nicest and most genuine leasing agent I have ever met and I have toured so many places. He has extreme attention to detail and it is clear he loves what he does. He not only knows everyone by name, he knows what they do and what makes them different - he even knows all about their pets! I’ve never felt so welcome and comfortable touring an apartment. As for the grounds, everything was spotless! Rene was apologizing for the couple of leaves on the ground (outside!!) from the intense rain. It’s obvious this place has high standards for maintenance and cleanliness. Rene is incredible and helped make this place a huge contender for when it’s time for me to move. He’s truly the best to ever do it hands down.
