What a great, excellent customer service experience with the Office Staff while searching for apartments for my best friend. The Office Staff along with the Property Manager went above and beyond to show more than one apartment. They took their time to explain and answer all my questions. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. I found the office, the pool, gym, bathrooms and the entire property extremely clean and organized. While I was asking questions a resident interrupted with a problem and the Property Manager immediately jumped on it and it was dispatched to their Maintenance Dept and by surprised before I left the Maintenance Supervisor came in to advise the problem was resolved. This visit was worth my time. If you are looking for a place to live, this is the place to go!!!! Thank you Park at Positano for your GREAT, EXCELLENT, AMAZING AND ADMIRABLE SERVICE!!!!!

I have lived in the condominium for 1 year and 3 months and I have received good and bad maintenance of the apartment when requested. I noticed in the last few days that people on the team were changed, and I saw a good improvement in the maintenance. Congratulations to the new supervisor Jose. Although every member of the team is very helpful and friendly, I would like to specifically mention Luis who always promptly responded to all of our maintenance issues, and that too with a smile.Thank you so much Luis
