We just moved in, so it's early, but we've been really pleased with the Hathaway Lofts team -- the web portal makes contracting and payments easy, and the move-in was really pretty effortless, with plenty of room for our car and uhaul. And the loft itself is really spacious -- we're much happier with the unit and neighborhood than our previous spot in Kendall Square area (that was much more generic shopping and restaurants nearby)

Quiet & safe building but management pretends to care about it’s tenants while simultaneously raising rent 12%+ with no willingness to negotiate
