This building is one of the worst places to live. Poor maintenence. Rodents everywhere. Mice are everywhere. Hallways are disgusting, mailboxes destroyed, buzzer doesnt work. Windows are broken, water from shower smells like sewer water. Elevator has been out of order in over a week and laundry room is out of service since forever. I just moved here with my kids, I cant believe this building is in such bad shape. No fire detector, no carbon monoxcide detector. I made my maintenence request almost a month ago and have had nothinh done. Do not come live here or get any services from this company. If I had the money, I would have moved out of this unsafe place as fast as tomorrow.
