We have lived at Rienzi for five plus years and have an excellent experience with the staff. They’re very responsive to any and all of your needs. The apartment complex is located in a premium location and fosters a serene environment. Update.....After two years incident free, my bike was stolen on the Rienzi supplied bike rack in the "secure" basement parking lot. I moved here from Chicago and had an industrial strength lock and 1/2" steel cable to secure my bike to the rack. I was offered a "sorry" from management. If you decide to live here, I would rethink storing any valuables or bikes on premises. Since this post, I had another bike stolen from my storage cage and another sincere"sorry" from the staff. Update 12/23...I have changed my rating based on the consistent fantastic service of Hilda Ramos, LeAnna and the entire Concierge staff. I'm still a bit jaded by the bike situation but it's a great building, location and services. Sometimes, things just happen...
We appreciate the wonderful Christmas gathering for residents with wine, champagne and tasty charcuterie boards. The room was decorated lovely holiday and Scott Willis on the piano added an extra charm to the evening event! I've been at Rienzi since shortly after it was built years ago & I'm still here. Need I say more! Rienzi on Turtle Creek is located just around the corner from the historic Mansion on Turtle Creek, just adjacent to downtown Dallas, yet in a very quiet, minimal traffic area. Rienzi is very upscale, both inside and out, always well kept & luxurious in every respect you'd desire. Spacious workout room, large wonderfully functional business center, elegant expansive indoor lounge, with spacious pool & patio areas outside. As for Rienzi management, all are not only professional and productive, but always helpful, courteous and respectful, in particular, property manager, Lianna. She's as kind and focused as anyone in that position has ever been. And her assistant manager, Hilda, is much the same. Bottom line, I can't begin to recall how many people I have suggested they come to Rienzi to make it their home. And not a one of them ever left, unhappy with anything. And I too, for countless years, have forever felt much the same!!
Absolutely love everything since moving into this place! The property manager, Lianna, is amazing and super friendly and she helped me with everything when I was moving here. They also hosted breakfast tacos a few days ago and it was delicious! I can't wait to see what else is in store for the next year :) You won't regret picking Rienzi!

The Rienzi Turtle Creek is my favorite luxury rental community to refer for my clients who want a 5 star boutique hotel-like living experience. Management, Liannna and Hilda are awesome to work with.
Anastasia and the concierge team make everyone feel welcome and well taken care of. The units feel grand with marble finishes, real hardwood floors. high ceilings, beautiful crown molding, large windows, stainless appliances, oversized bathrooms and closets. Beautifully landscaped pool and common areas, resident lounge, business center and gym are all impressive. Valet parking is available with limited hours. Self parking is reserved, included in lease and easily accessible.
The building has ample guest parking which is rare in Dallas.
I moved into Rienzi at Turtle Creek over 3 months ago and I love it!! The building is stately from the outside and is well decorated on the inside. Hilda leased me my apartment and she is professional, helpful, and wonderful. I love that they have a Concierge 24/7, doorman, and valet in afternoon and evenings. The building is secure with gated garage parking and key fob access to use the elevators. The coffee machine in the Resident Lounge is really good and will save you trips to Starbucks. I love that after 5:00 pm everyday they will leave all of your delivered packages outside your door. I like that they have a dog park on site which I utilize a few times a day. The area is beautiful and has lots of trees around if you want to walk around the surrounding neighborhood. The location is great and you are by some of the top restaurants in Dallas.
Have been at Rienzi at Turtle Creek.for two and half years and just renewed for another year. Rienzi originally built as condominium is reflected in the excellent amenities, beautifully built spacious apartments, I have never had issues with noise from adjoining apartments.
Excellent staff, Lianna, Hilda, and Annastuzia, very helpful concierge. Maintenance staff efficient and helpful.
I very much appreciate the classic features of this high level building. Great location with easy access to downtown, west end, Highland Park, North Park.
I can’t say enough good things about my time at Rienzi. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and at home. The staff is incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to make sure any issues were resolved promptly. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and well-maintained. The location is also unbeatable, with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and parks. I felt safe and secure at all times, which is so important when choosing a place to live.
