Been living here for a few years. Pet friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of parking close by. Right by the 7 train exit at Hudson Yards. The building has nice amenities like a gym and the roofdeck. Our facilities manager, Nesley, is awesome and responsive whenever something needs fixed. Building management is helpful and regularly maintain the building to keep it cozy and clean. The people at the front desk are friendly and helpful too when you need a hand with luggage or groceries or mail. All in all it's been a good home to us. And it sits on top of Brooklyn Fare supermarket with a hidden gem -- home to one of the handful of New York's 5 Michelin-star rated restaurants, Chef's Table.
