I've been living at Cleo Apartments for the past four years , and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.
**Pros:**
1. **Location:** Cleo Apartments boast a prime location. With easy access to shopping centers, parks, and public transportation, everything I need is within reach. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, making it a vibrant place to live.
2. **Amenities:** The amenities are top-notch. The gym is well-equipped and never too crowded, the swimming pool is pristine and perfect for relaxing, and the clubhouse is spacious and great for gatherings. I also love the outdoor grilling areas and the dog park, which are well-maintained and add to the community feel.
3. **Apartment Layout:** The floor plans are modern and spacious. My apartment is filled with natural light, has a large kitchen with updated appliances, and offers ample storage space. The balcony is a wonderful bonus, providing a lovely view of the courtyard.
4. **Management and Maintenance:** The management team is fantastic. They are responsive, friendly, and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, often within 24 hours. The common areas are spotless, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped.

I love the service that I received. Toni was very good and through about the building. She made me feel as if I was at home already. She made the self tour easy and calm.
I just toured the Cleo apartments, and Zach was the most helpful. He put all my worries at ease while also breaking down the different apartment options that were avaliable to my roommate and I. 10/10 experience.
I am not sure I will end up living at the place, considering all of the extra fees for pets, but I have to say I LOVED meeting with Mati, the leasing agent! She was so sweet and such a pleasure to work with as she guided me through the application process. The place itself seems well maintained and it's in a good location.

Toni and Andrew helped make my day of apartment touring smooth and painless. Toni saved the day by providing me with all the codes I’d need for my other viewings, so I could self-tour at my own pace. Andrew verified me remotely via video call, and answered all my questions— even promptly responding to my email at 4:50pm to help me get into the last unit of the day. I had a great experience touring with Equity Residential thanks to these two!
Visited the Cleo for a tour today. Zach Bane was simply wonderful. He answered every question we had, greeted us upon entering and was so very helpful. His energy alone made me excited to begin the application process!

Toni Greenfield has been a gem while assisting myself and my partner at The Cleo Apartments. She is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about The Cleo Community. Toni always welcomes us home with a smile. Additionally, she check-ins to ensure that we are comfortable and that any maintenance issues are rapidly addressed. Toni makes living at The Cleo an enjoyable experience.
