Be very cautious if you are considering moving into The Collective, especially the 1728 Bedford Ln building. I lived in 2 different townhomes for close to 5 years. Some of the units have structural issues and significant levels of black mold/Stachybotrys!!! New management has done a great job cosmetically, but they did not conduct proper remediation. You can only put so much lipstick on a pig, that does not take care of the problem of the toxins in the units that can serious your family serious long term health issues. Specifically CNS and respiratory problems. I never knew how dangerous mold is and wish I had NEVER moved there. And an FYI - BFPM will never tell you the truth about the mold or water damage to the buildings. They just put band aids on serious problems.
