I love staying here at the pavilion place, we had to come back! Everyone at the office is so kind and accommodating and let’s not talk about maintenance, they are always so quick and helpful and friendly. I wish I had taken the other gentleman’s name down that helped and has came to my door to check up of any type of smoking because I have 2 kiddos, he is wonderful! Johnny has also been really helpful and always has the best attitude! I’m so happy to be back at the pavilion place!

Recently I have had to get facials and have been having skin issues more often than usual and found out that the water 💦 supply had changed I Houston. I was told that I need to filter all my water to ensure I have no more breakouts with my skin condition. I put a plumbing request in Thursday night and Friday morning I wrote a note in Spanish asking the potential person doing the job to replace the shower head with the filtered one. I came home Friday after work and it was replaced and I was so happy. Alex is a great working at Pavillion place and very speedy on the job. I'm not sure if the apartment is under new management but I have recently noticed a change in how they run things at the front and leasing and all around. I am happy about this having lived here since 2021.
