Hello, I have lived at the Peri for 6+ years now and the leasing office staff are responsive and accommodating!! The Facilities/Maintenance staff (Mr. JJ, Mr Manny, Mr Oscar and Ms.)are fabulous with follow up on all service requests even after hours! Ms Chandre (Management), Ms Calvina (Management)Ms. Amber (leasing)and. Ms. Diana (leasing) are welcoming immediately upon entry into the office! I have never lived on a property and have rapport with All property staff! Overall a great team and living experience!
