I have lived at the Peri for 6+ years now and the leasing office staff are responsive and accommodating!! The Facilities/Maintenance staff (Mr. JJ, Mr Manny, Mr Oscar and Ms.)are fabulous with follow up on all service requests even after hours! Ms Chandre (Management), Ms Calvina (Management)Ms. Amber (leasing)and. Ms. Diana (leasing) are welcoming immediately upon entry into the office! I have never lived on a property and have rapport with All property staff! Overall a great team and living experience!

I have been living here for approximately 3 years and I have not had any problems. Even during the transition of being under new management they stepped up and continued to make my experience living @ The Peri of Westheimer a WONDERFUL one! Now lets get to the real reason I really love this place -The Front Office Staff!! They are allways soooo welcoming and committed to making sure their tenants are taken care of and they have no idea how much we appreciate them. One staff member in particular that we not only Love but will definitely break our lease if she leaves is Calvina!! One thing I know from experience is that she cares and is committed to making sure her tenants are great! Calvina Thanks A Million for all of your hard work and dedication you have shown you have definitely made my experience living here a great one!

I have always had an exceptional experience working with Amber Short. From start to finish, she's attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring about helping me when I walk into the leasing office. When there are unexpected issues with my apartment, like maintenance or issues that may arise within the apartment complex, Amber Short handles it with ease, coordinating everything so I don't have to worry. Her attention to detail made me feel like she genuinely cared about my issues. She's always patient and never makes me feel rushed, and I truly appreciate her professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend if you're looking for an apartment home, please ask for Amber Short! She will be the friendly face that greets you when you enter the building. How she seems to manage the entire front office by herself is impressive.

I want to firstly say THANK YOU to everyone in the front office. Ms.Calvina, Charndre, Amber & Diana. They have been so friendly, welcoming and beyond helpful since the day I toured this complex. I had my first walk through with Amber and we connected from the start. Although she was new at the time, she was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful during my application process. Any problem I’ve had here has been immediately resolved. Any time I’ve reached out they’ve gotten back to me. The office is clean, smells good and has great accommodations. I haven’t had any bug or infestation issues since living here. The property itself is maintained well and overall very clean.
I really enjoy living here and no complaints!

I've been here for 3 months now, and I wanted to wait to get a feel for the place before reviewing it. So far, my experience has been positive. Calvina and Amber helped me with my move in, and they made the process very smooth. The apartment itself is great; I don't hear my neighbors. However, that's just my experience, and I'm on the top floor, so keep that in mind. Overall, I don't see why I wouldn't renew my lease; my time here has been great. Just an fyi, the parking situation is a lil rageddy. Unless you don't mind spinning the block, be prepared to pay for a spot.

I cant explain how professional and had working the staff is here. Everything gets done in timely matter. Calvina Mosley is best!!!! She comes to work and does the Dam thing!! Dont know were this property would be without her. If your look for a apartment, this is the place hands down.

I recently toured and leased an apartment at Peri on Westheimer, and I have lived here for a while now. So far, I’m very happy with my decision. The property is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. Amber, who guided the tour, was amazing. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, taking the time to answer all my questions and showcase the best features of the apartments. Her enthusiasm and professionalism made the entire process enjoyable.
I know there are some bad reviews out there, but sometimes there are just difficult people. Whenever I put in a maintenance order, they always come the next day and solve the issue promptly. If you’re looking for a great place to live with outstanding service, I highly recommend Peri on Westheimer!
