However, the team at Academy did everything in their power to put our minds at ease! Move in conditions were the best we have EVER experienced (and we have lived in A LOT of apartments across the US). Katie and her team are true communicators and they care. If you have an issue, it will be addressed. And if you have a pet, they are so welcoming and will even give a treat if you would like.
