Posting from a starter apartment perspective (new young working professionals): A very great starter apartment with bells and whistles proportion to the amount of rent being paid. Living on the higher floors, if given the chance, has many benefits: - Less Insects presence (varies due to personal hygiene) - Better view, warranting balcony use - Less audible nuisances - Increased Privacy/Feeling of security Cons: - Heavily reliant on the elevator or a healthy cardiovascular system (not a joke) & - Need to really schedule day around elevator operational status Communal Apartment Benefits: - For the rent you are paying the community has great resources/amenities. *As a starter apartment for someone this is a great introduction into Adult living* - Experiences/Perception is quite different Seasoned Apartment Dwellers
