I overall had pretty good experience living here for 1 year. The pricing is reasonable for its amenities. They fix things quickly, usually within 2 days. The leasing agents are welcoming, especially Joseph, he’s very consistent for his communication. After I moved out because I need to relocate, he was still very patient to answer my follow up questions. There are a few other agents that are very nice, can’t remember their names tho. In general, I’d recommend this Apt to people.

This is review is only for Joseph and the maintenance workers who continually respond and get things done. I would probably move out if Joseph left because he is alway professional, handles matters urgently, has that retail thing where he makes you feel validated and always right, but most importantly he’s reliable. The maintenance men Carlos and the other super polite man with the glasses are so pleasant and helpful and I believe them when they say they fixed something and trust them when I’m not home. Thank you.
