We are very happy with our new apartment. We had a couple little maintenance calls with our hot water heater pilot wouldn't stay lit, and we're having a problem with the breaker box wiring for the kitchen ceiling lights. Goes on and off whenever it wants to, kinda spooky 👻, lol. But we're VERY GRATEFUL 🙏 that you're office very quickly installed a BIGGER and BETTER up 2 date model for us. The maintenance men said that they would return in a day or 2 and fix the wiring issue with the lights. We also got our car towed for parking in a fire lane while we were putting away our groceries. It cost us $360 for a couple of hours, talk about our ouwch and lesson learned. But that situation was 100% our fault, and no one else's. All in all it's a very nice quiet and peaceful place to live in my opinion. Definitely beats being homeless.
