There is a linen closet located next to the bathroom and the bathroom features a lovely claw-foot tub. This apartment is very roomy. There are parking spaces available at a small additional cost. Nearby food and entertainment include Stever's Candies, Maxin Spa & Salon, Blu Wolf Bistro, and so much more! - Includes heat, hot water, water, sewer, refuse - Off-street parking is available (for an additional monthly cost) - Coin-operated laundry in the building - All-season porch off livingroom - Large open porch/balcony shared per floor - Ceiling fans in bedrooms & living room Note: We currently require an application for showings.
