I lived here a couple years back and really enjoyed it. Never had any issues living there. It’s an old building with charm. I really enjoyed the convenience of being near everything. It’s a great neighborhood. By far my favorite place I have lived.

Don’t be fooled by the looks of this apartment. 90% of the windows will be painted shut, and don’t have screens. The plumbing is so old that no matter how clean you are, you’ll always seem to have slow drainage (showers in calf deep water everyday). Heat is controlled by a boiler that is constantly under repair (had 3 winters here with inconsistent heat). The hot water also is constantly under repair, leaving residents with cold water, or no water constantly. There are no background checks or references needed during application process so the people are…..there’s a lot of theft and vandalism. During the warm months you’ll have a gnat infestation, every year, they’re in the pipes and management doesn’t care. Have maintenance requests from year 1 that still haven’t been answered. Will be moving asap.
