I don't even know where to begin with all the reasons you should stay away from this place, but the first and most important one that comes to mind is the attitude and lack of professionalism from the on-site managers, Evelyn Diaz and Myra Padilla. These are THE worst on-site managers I've encountered. They are both extremely nosy and rude to polite tenants who pay ON-TIME, EVERY TIME. They fail to acknowledge real issues at hand, instead choose to focus their time and efforts on gossip. I know I'm not alone in this. I have yet to meet a tenant who actually enjoys living here. Nothing works for long in this old and UNSAFE building. Stay away from this broken-down old building. When your car gets broken into due to their faulty security gates that are always broken, it will be only YOUR fault in their eyes. I wonder if they've installed security cameras yet. Sure hope so!
