Incredibly predatory lease. They aren’t responsible for things such as building security and genuine building upkeep. The game seems to be to wait for something to burst and blame a resident. You, the lease-holder, are responsible for every except for an act of god. It also comes with excorbitant fees and no amenities. Good luck. Don’t believe me? Pay the $50 to see the lease. Update: I’ve never been able to receive a single package. They have all been stolen. Not a single one has made it into my hands. Got an email today that I had a package at my mailbox. It’s nowhere to be seen. It’s only been a couple hours! Building management won’t do anything about it. They left a note taped to the wall saying to make sure doors lock behind us. It’s clearly a tenant that is stealing.
