The del rey i highly recommend the management team are very professional and i dont know what these other negative reviews are about but ive gotten nothing but good vibes from the staff...affordable and great location..the police have really cleaned up the area it seems.

Del ray apartments are in a dangerous neighborhood. A lot of drugs and addicts and gang members live in these apartments and all around the neighborhood. People outside partying ALL hours of the night, and fighting which leads to the police being here several times a month. The apartments are not kept up to even a decent standard quality. Inside we have had to deal with mold, roaches, mice, and bad smells time after time. Things are never delt with as they are suppose to have been. I could go on and on but thats the basics for ya.
