We are located near a public library, public transportation, and a senior center. All apartments feature FREE Heat and Hot water, FIOS READY, A/C, intercom entry system, 24-hour emergency maintenance, off-street parking, and laundry facility on the premises.

I have lived here just about 3 years now, and first things first rent pricing is better than any where else and every year my rent increase is under 100. The property manager Meg is such a sweetheart and very honest which is a great policy and she makes sure everything is handled immediately. She is also very reasonable to work with and will do everything she can to help you , if needed. Maintenance is always nice and quick. They have a free monthly exterminator for anything that may come into your apartment , I personally only used it once. It's very quiet area I never have a noise or smoking complaint. No issues with parking lots of space in front or the back lot. Over the years the have updated the apartments nicely with wood floors, induction stoves , newer cabinets. I can't wait to see what they do when they are able to get to the bathrooms , right now it's an older style , but still works nonetheless. The laundary room has washers and dryers than you can use an app to pay for which is awesome compared to most places with quarters or money cards.Very little issues with heating, if I have any meg handles it immediately with the control office. A/C is operated by window units which work great and they will replace if needed. Its very nice to only have to pay rent and electricity. I will happily say this will be my only apartment complex until I am able to afford a house one day 😌 .
