They've always been quick to respond to issues, communicate often, and maintain the exteriors well. The inside of the apartments are old, but the prices reflect that and it allows a comfortable home at a reasonable price point. Neighbors are all fantastic and the location cannot be beat.

EDIT: After leaving review many of my problems were addressed quickly and efficiently. New screens were put in windows door sweeps were replaced and added to doors. Since having that fixed the roach problem is still there but much less as if most of them were coming in from outside. Our electric is still an issue but i know that's something i'm just gonna have to deal with. tomorrow the exterminator is coming to treat out kitchen and bathroom and look around to be sure that's where they come from. Thanks again to Donna for being so understanding and reaching out to us even when we don't ask for help. She keeps this place going otherwise i may have already moved out. Absolutely terrible place to live especially if you have kids. I will list the problems I have after I do state that the onsite landlord is wonderful so helpful and understanding. This is our second time working with her and she is great <3. Now as for the property........... There are a lot of safety concerns I didn't notice upon moving in things I wouldn't think to look at. To start the electricity system is completely outdated, this apartments does not have central air and we have a 3 bedroom town home. 2 kids and me and my husband our kids are 5 months and 2 years. We can not have more then 1 air conditioner running at a time without a breaker tripping over and over again. 2nd. The windows are a safety issue because they do not stay up so I had to go to home depot and but wood blocks to prop them up. It's almost impossible to get them up with the heat as well. (Wooden windows). 3rd MAINTENANCE . Huge proble beside the fact they enter your apartment without consenting they do nothing to fix any problems. We have squarels in our attic we were told all buildings do it's normal. (Idk take care of the problem) the building we are in has a oriental roach infestation that they refuse to call an actual exterminator to bomb the building at a minimum. They says it's just water bugs. But i have done my research. We caught 16 roaches in 3days. Killed maybe 6 babies.our neighbors have complained several times as well. Our door has a huge gap in the bottom so when it rains our kitchen floor when we bring these problems up to them it's not our issue. We don't do that.is there response. I can't wait until our lease is over I will never recommend this place. I rather pay 3k for a luxury apartment then save my money at this place. Hope this help EVERYONE in not making this mistake.
