I have been here a year and absolutely love it, clean, No problems with pests. Some complain about roaches, well if you keep your apt clean after the pest control there should be no problem. Have had no problems with getting things fixed, only thing was no hot water in the shower but it got taken care of the same day. The manager and the staff have been nothing but polite. Of course there are rules everyone has to abide by and some don't like being told they need to follow. It's a very quiet complex and of course you will have those noisey neighbors especially if you live downstairs but they are quickly notified and reminded of the 10pm quiet time. Most people living here work all day or retired and expect to come home to a quiet place unwind and relax. Other than that it's a safe quiet place to live. Love it, just renewed my lease.❤

Ashley Raby, the Community Manager is very attentive, the rent is very good. Maintenance is always on the spot. Great staff all around.
