Lived here for only 1 month and unfortunately had to return to MN. The rent was absolutely insane but the location was well worth it. I just wish my roommate could've pulled his own weight and MAYBE I'd still be out there.

Super shady place. We applied & provided all necessary documents. I followed up multiple times because we didnt hear back within 5 business days. I followed up for a third time & they let us know they supposedly rented the unit to someone else a week after we applied. I asked for my application fee to be refunded, since they didn't process our application or provide any approval or denial, & they denied us. I think they're just scamming people out of money. Beware.
