The kitchen is new, equipped with a newer glass top stove, new fridge and large basin sink. There is plenty of storage and space for a small table and chairs. There are three bedrooms that are both good sized and do not share any common walls. Each room is about the same size and is equipped with large windows and closets. The bathroom is situated between two of the bedrooms and offers a vanity for extra storage and a shower over tub. This top floor home has a separate laundry room with washer & dryer hookups and more storage space off the kitchen area. The unit has one assigned parking spot. The community is very well maintained with the landscaping service provided for by the landlord. The lease will be for one year, deposit is one month's rent and we are currently not considering any pets for this home. Landlord pays currently for water, garbage and sewer, tenant is responsible for PG&E. This property does not allow pets. Please note, service animals and emotional support animals are not considered pets. We remain in accordance with state and federal laws regarding this policy.
