Berkeley is a nice quiet place to live if you're not a criminal or you follow the bylaws some of the negative reviews that you read on this website are because individuals that own units in Berkeley court don't wanna follow the bylaws and the association is actually working with them so they will follow the bylaws and they're a little bit sore about it.
