It was recently redone with new laminate hardwood floors throughout, white shaker cabinets, granite countertops, and all new appliances including Stainless Steel dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. The bathrooms are also completely re-tiled for a comfortable but contemporary feel. Unit E is the top floor unit, the only unit on the floor. It can be used as a small 2 BR or a nice sized 1 BR with a family room. The downstairs also has storage for rental if additional storage is needed. The property is within Berlin Boro, and has access to Berlin's superior public school system. Tenant pays utilities. There is plenty of parking for cars on the property.

This is a great chance to move into a cozy apartment 1 bedroom unit in Berlin. This unit is on a nice sized lot. There is a kitchen with room for a table, and a nice family room. It has laminate hardwood floors, throughout and the kitchen has white shaker cabinets, granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, white oven and range, and stainless dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. Bathroom has a white single vanity and subway tile shower. There is a common area back yard. You won't find another renovated unit in the area at this price! NTN reports not accepted. We are required to run our own credit checks. We do not accept Zillow applications/credit checks.
