The bathrooms are also completely re-tiled for a comfortable but contemporary feel. Unit E is the top floor unit, the only unit on the floor. It can be used as a small 2 BR or a nice sized 1 BR with a family room. The downstairs also has storage for rental if additional storage is needed. The property is within Berlin Boro, and has access to Berlin's superior public school system. Tenant pays utilities. There is plenty of parking for cars on the property.

The property is within Berlin Boro, and has access to Berlin's superior public school system. Tenant pays gas and electric. Water and sewer is included. There is plenty of parking for cars on the property. There is a common area back yard.
