As a Babson student, I recently toured this community and was really impressed. It’s close to campus, which is super convenient, and I loved the work-from-home and study spots they offer. There are quiet, comfortable areas that are perfect for studying or getting some work done. The proximity to Route 9 and I-95 makes getting into Boston easy, which is great for internships or just hanging out in the city. Definitely considering it for next semester!

Giving a special shout out to the maintenance team, especially Jose. I lost my keys down the elevator shaft four months ago and though I let the office know when it happened (as I needed replacements for everything) I assumed they were long gone.
Today I got an call that they retrieved the keys! Turns out Jose spotted them while doing other maintenance work, remembered when I lost them, and though they were way out of reach, rigged together some magnets and a broom to retrieve them from the bottom of the shaft!! I don't know many other teams that would use that kind of ingenuity or time to solve a resident's problem, especially since they had already been gone so long.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart; this made my week. I had a couple sentimental keychains on there I was so happy to get back (plus, my spare car key!).
Everyone who works here at the Nines is always so friendly and helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. This is just one example, but every interaction I've had with the office has been a positive one. I'm loving the new activities management has been putting together, and there's been a noticeable difference in the community ever since Willow Bridge took over management.
I had the pleasure of working with the team at The Nines for a resident appreciation event and it was a blast! All the people I met there, from the staff to the residents themselves, were lovely and great to be around. Seems like an excellent vibe for a place to live.
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Jose for his exceptional assistance. He kindly helped me carry my package upstairs to my unit, going out of his way to ensure that I didn’t have to manage it on my own. Jose’s professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to assist residents truly make a difference. Thank you, Jose, for your thoughtful support – it is greatly appreciated!
I recently toured The Nines, and while waiting in the lobby for my agent, Sean, I had the chance to observe a wonderful interaction between the leasing staff and a current resident. As soon as she walked in, the staff greeted her by name and welcomed her home, which immediately stood out to me. The resident seemed comfortable and at ease, and it was clear that she had a great relationship with the team.
The staff not only helped her locate a package but also answered her questions about a work order, providing an update without hesitation. Watching this interaction gave me a genuine sense that the team at The Nines truly cares about their residents. It felt like more than just an apartment community—it felt like a place people are happy to call home.
I’ll be moving to Boston soon, and seeing this kind of resident care makes me feel like The Nines could easily be the perfect fit for me.
My partner and I have lived here for a while, and we've noticed some great improvements since the new management took over recently. They've really stepped up by implementing rules, staying communicative with residents, and organizing several community events that have brought everyone together. They've also made a number of cosmetic upgrades to the property-like the new flooring in the elevator lobby, which was long overdue in my opinion.
One thing that really stands out is how the management has a way of making you feel comfortable and at home. You can really tell the office cares about the residents and is always eager to help in any way they can. Review of The Nines Management Team
The management and maintenance team at The Nines are truly top-notch! They are kind, warm, and inclusive, creating an atmosphere that feels welcoming and supportive. I’ve never come across such a wonderful group of kind-hearted souls. Their love for animals is especially heartwarming and speaks volumes about the community they foster.
They made my move incredibly smooth, and the online portal is a fantastic resource, providing everything I need in one convenient place. The property and grounds are beautifully maintained, reflecting their commitment to excellence.

The building is amazing like a 5 star hotel. The leasing staff is fabulous so friendly and knowledgable.
What a pleasure to be greeted by leasing office when we entered the building.

The apartments a large with unbelievable space, high ceilings and lots of windows letting light in.
