Don’t move in!! Recent tenants, very slumlordy vibes. They don’t fix anything or respond when asked, the laundry room is ALWAYS broken and when they say they are going to fix it, it always is somehow worse after the scheduled maintenance. Walls are so thin it’s always very bumpy and you can always tell exactly where your neighbors are. There’s always gunshots and strange bugs.

i’ll start by saying the only thing, and i mean the only good thing about living here was the landlord. she’s amazing! other than that, i would HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere. living here was stressful and uncomfortable. the apartments are old and poorly maintained, the walls are thin and you can hear everything. in the summer it gets so hot in the apartments that it’s barely livable. the heat might be a little manageable but they don’t let you have window units for whatever reason so you have to have a portable air conditioner that makes your electric bill $200 a month sometimes. the apartments aren’t insulated well (if at all) so the winter it can get around 50 degrees inside unless you run the heater non stop which will also make your electric bill through the roof. the laundry machines don’t work well and cost $1 each load. the apartments are also very dusty and would trigger my asthma all the time (i didn’t know i had asthma until i lived here). i can go on but i would recommend looking elsewhere for an apartment.
