There is no gym, no place for packages to be delivered, washer and dryers are often not working or broken, no extra storage, no pool, no dishwasher, no BBQ grills, no common or social areas, and $40 off street parking that is not covered. The apartment itself is actually quite nice but lacks a dishwasher and a washer and dryer in the units. Claims to be a smoke free building but just about everyone and anyone smokes within a foot of the building, pretty annoying with how rude people are about that.

My friend moved in about 10 years ago after the remodeling of this building. She wasn't allowed to see the unit ahead of time. On her moving in, we immediately noticed it was cold and were told by the manager escorting us something about the sun shining on something on the roof that killed the heat. He had also told us he was making a special exception to my friend by letting in a Section 8, but we found this wasn't true as the first other tenant we meet was also Section 8. The air conditioner and refrigerator are quite old and noisy, the sink drips, the windows are drafty, there are constant bedbug issues, getting work done is next to impossible, and you need provide your own change for the old and often broken downstairs laundry machines. Now there are increasing safety issues from new aggressive tenants, and Precinct 5 has told me this building gets a lot of calls. As mentioned by the other reviewer, 'There is no gym, no place for packages to be delivered, washer and dryers are often not working or broken, no extra storage, no pool, no dishwasher, no BBQ grills, no common or social areas'. Residents aren't likely to file complaints for fear of getting kicked out because of their Section 8 status, although I've been advised the penalties are severe for a landlord taking such retaliation.
