Our location is in Pico-Union, a diverse neighborhood just West of Downtown LA (just a 16-minute walk to all of the excitement that Downtown LA has to offer). This is primarily an amazing residential community sprinkled with old Victorians and historic manors from LA's early 20th Century heyday. It is amazingly quaint considering that we are right by Downtown. This apartment is all inclusive and all utilities are paid for by the owner. Units have laminate flooring, vertical blinds, new kitchen appliances, ceiling fan and are freshly painted. Well served by public transportation: Walk 16-minutes to Westlake / MacArthur Park light rail station or no time to catch a bus downtown via Olympic Blvd. It is incredibly easy to get around this town! Approval is based on income (must show proof of income at least twice the monthly rent), credit history, rental history, criminal background. Please apply today!
